Everything is appearing to change; that is this mind~body. Everything is also still & eternal; no~time forever. The Biodynamic Cranio~sacral with Katy Orr is profound and mostly pre~birth. As Astrid I experienced bearing & birthing a baby boy in an ocean of female Emotion; soooooo wonderful. Since then I experienced my own conception, as a'fish being' sperm entering an ocean of light 'the Ovum' inside my mother. Last week I experienced being the embryo then outside of my mum with an umbilical cord and a moment of terror when the feed flow into my solar plexus stopped; then both Katy & I poured energy into the solar plexus to turn it on again. I was able to sense it and feed energy into it via the palms of my hands; similar to when I do Spiritual Healing. Yes there IS ONLY NOW................. Ommmm shanti shanti PS: on Friday, Guru Purnima, I'm having another session with Katy and so is Elisabeth/hambhavi now too. Both ShivDas & Shambhavi were initiated as Acharyas by Gurunath; on behalf of Babaji a month ago. Babaji's Kriya Yoga and Oshana's Transmission continue anyway. I may be going again to Indian Himalayas for 6 weeks in September. This experience is now eternal, (eternal now) and the ultimate in ordinary existence forever............
